He was just 25-years-old.

THREE YEARS AGO THEFAMILY WAS STUNNED WHEN THEIRSON, MEIKO LOCKSLEY, WASGUNNED DOWN.

TODAY...MIKELOCKSLEY IS THE HEAD COACH FORTHE UNIVERSITY OF MARYLANDTERRAPINS.

Track: MIkeLocksley, joined by his wife,says they may have run out oftime with their son, but theysay it's not too late forsomeone to speak up.

Track: It wasthree years ago today when thecall came about the shootingof their son Meiko.

A singlegunshot wound to the chest wasall it took to smash thedreams of a proud father.Sot:(Coach Locksley) He was agreat son, caring, was notperfect as no child is,talented athlete, smart, gonetoo soon but thankful of the25 years we did get to spendwith him.

Sot: (Chief Myers)We are doubling the reward upto $20,000.

Track: As thereward is increased, thepolice do not believe this wasa random shooting.

Detectives say theyfeel there is somebody outthere that knows something.Sot: (Capt Cory Zirk) You mayhave that one small detailthat may seem insignificant toyou but may be the last pieceof the puzzle for ourdetectives.
