COUNTY EXECUTIVEJOHNNY OLSZEWSKI SAYS THEY'LLPAY TO USE METHANE CREATED BYDECAYING GARBAGE AT THE WHITEMARSH LANDFILL.

THAT ENERGYWILL HELP OFFSET THE POWERNEEDS OF COUNTY-OWNEDFACILITIES.
