A jasper county judge today agreed to reduce nicholas popejoy's bond from 100-thousand dollars to 25-thousand.
The judge also amended popejoy's release conditions.
Those include no contact with the alleged victim, even through an attorney.
He also has to wear an ankle monitor while on house arrest at his parent's arma kansas home.
Popejoy -- a former webb city junior high teacher -- had been on administrative leave.
The school recently fired him.
