COPA: Two Officers Should Be Relieved Of Their Duties Following Body Slamming Incident

The Civilian Office of Police Accountability is recommending that not one but two officers be relieved of their powers following an incident where a man was body slammed by an officer after the man supposedly spit on the officer and proceeded to lick the officer's face.

Interim police Superintendent Charlie Beck supports the decision.
