Just before 3:30 p-m on saturday ruther plowed his van through crowds outside a bar in west germany injuring 20 and killing 2 before shooting himself dead inside the vehicle.

Reports claim the 48-year-old was a german national with psychological problems and no terror links.

Today facebook will start alerting users whose data was harvested by cambridge analytica.

A link will be posted on their facebook news feeds that will show what apps are linked to their accounts.

The company said users would have the opportunity to use the link to delete apps and prevent them from collecting more information.

And facebook c-e-o mark zuckerberg is set to be questioned about the data controversy in front of congress on tuesday and wednesday.

Youtube is under fire for allegedly profiting off young viewers.

Twenty advocacy groups filed a complaint against youtube sunday -- calling on the f-t-c to investigate the google subsidiary for allegedly violating the child online privacy protection act.

The groups - made up of child, consumer and privacy coalitions - claim youtube illegally collected data on 23 million children over an undisclosed amount of time.

The groups are asking the f-t-c to fine youtube up to roughly fourty one thousand dollars per violation.
