The Idaho Supreme Court says law enforcement officers can't arrest someone for a misdemeanor unless they have a warrant or actually saw the crime being committed.

In news from north idaho the idaho supreme court said yesterday that if an officer doesn't see a misdemeanor crime actually being committed- they can't make an arrest without a warrant.

On victims of any crime- 59:02 big change the idaho supreme court ruled that unless a law enforcement officer sees a misdemeanor crime being committed- they can't make an arrest without a warrant.
