ROUGH CUT.

NO REPORTER NARRATION.

Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison voted in the country's general election on Saturday (May 18) with wife Jenny and daughters, Abigail and Lily in his Sydney seat of Cook.

When leaving the voting center, an anti-coal protester ran towards the Morrisons but was removed by security.

Morrison told supporters and awaiting media that he wanted to back the aspirations of Australians, and asked voters to back him and his Liberal/National coalition in return.

Bookies are predicting a return to power for the Labor party after six years in the political wilderness and a campaign in which it has put climate change and tax reform at the top of its agenda.
