Boeing Admits To Error

Boeing on Sunday said that a key alert system linked to faulty sensors was sold as an optional feature on Boeing 737 MAX planes.

Criticism of Boeing has increased in recent months, following the crash of Lion Air Flight JT610 and Ethiopian Airlines Flight ET302, which both featured Boeing 737 Max-8 planes.

Boeing has taken heat for two recent crashes which both featured Boeing MAX planes.
