A new poll shows Bernie Sanders in a familiar position…????...the stock of Mayor Pete Buttigieg continuing to rise…????...and a dip for some early stars.????The liberal group, Democracy for America, polled 96,641 of its members to see which Democratic nominee they would vote for in 2020.????The early April survey revealed a similar answer to many other polls; Bernie Sanders is one of the favorites.????In this poll, the Vermont Senator was a clear choice, grabbing 42.3 percent of the vote…????...The Hill reports that’s an increase from a similar December poll when he scored 36.2 percent.????The policy-laden Elizabeth Warren placed second with 10.5 percent.????Former Vice President Joe Biden, who is expected to announce he will officially join the race…????...saw a drop in his numbers, earning 7.9 percent, nearly half of the 14.9 percent he had in December.????In this poll, the star of Beto O’Rourke fell…????...as the former Texas Congressman drew 3.5 percent...a big drop off from his 12.3 percent in December.????On the other hand, DFA called Pete Buttigieg the “top surprise candidate”...????As the South Bend, Indiana Mayor leapt from nowhere to a close third with 9.7 percent.
