New Zealand PM on 'mosque gunman's manifesto' and gun laws

New Zealand prime minister Jacinda Ardern says her office was among several recipients of a so-called manifesto by the suspected Christchurch gunman just minutes before the first shots were fired at a mosque.

She says New Zealand gun laws will change.
